Booster Innovation Fund adds Tectonus Limited to its investment portfolio

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Tectonus to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.

Tectonus operates in the construction materials part of the materials and technologies sector. It applies proprietary technology to multistorey buildings that lowers the cost of construction in seismic regions as well as providing owners and occupiers with a safer, more resilient building. Tectonus was formed in 2016 and is classified as expansion stage, with technology origins from Auckland University.

BIF will make a cash investment of up to $400,000. Following this initial transaction, Tectonus will represent up to 0.97% of BIF’s investment portfolio of 35 active companies, and with a net asset value of over $20.6m.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at www.booster.co.nz.
