Booster Innovation Fund adds OrbViz to its investment portfolio
Booster is pleased to announce the addition of OrbViz to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.
OrbViz operates in the analytics and business intelligence part of the information technology services sector. OrbViz is a SaaS platform that transforms static reports and spreadsheets into interactive reports that stakeholders can easily access, explore, understand, and respond to. OrbViz was formed in 2021 and is classified as seed stage.
BIF will make a cash investment of $100,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), OrbViz will represent 0.51% of BIF’s investment portfolio of 35 active companies, and with a net asset value of over $19.6m.
Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at www.booster.co.nz.
