Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Private Land and Property Fund, is pleased to announce a distribution for the quarter ended 31 December 2024.

You must be a registered security holder of the Fund on the Record Date of 12 December 2024 to be eligible for this distribution.

The distribution of 0.69 cents per unit is fully imputed, which is equivalent to a pre-tax payment of 0.83%. The distribution is based on the cash earnings of the Fund over the period 1 October 2024 to 31 December 2024.

The Fund is currently generating annual cash based pre-tax earnings of 3.71% from its lease income and grape supply contracts, plus also continues to benefit from valuation gains on its land under development, which is reflected in the net asset value of the units.

The Distribution Reinvestment Plan is available for this distribution. All elections to participate must be received by 5:00pm on the Record Date.
