Nasdaq-listed Rocket Lab is looking to raise up to US$500 million (NZ$877m) to fund future acquisitions and for general corporate and working capital purposes. The company filed a prospectus supplement with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to raise the funds through an "at-the-market” equity offering programme.“The Company currently intends to use the net proceeds, if any, of sales of its common stock issued under the ATM offering to fund future growth, including potential future acquisitions such as Rocket...
