Seeka advises the resignation of a Director

Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] advises the resignation of Independent Director Ashley Waugh, who will leave the Board on Tuesday 31st December 2024 following over ten and a half years of service.

Ashley joined the Board on 21st May 2014 and has been the chair of, and a member on, the audit and risk committee throughout his tenure. Throughout this period, Seeka has grown from packing 20m trays to 43m trays of kiwifruit annually, and a revenue of $115m to over $300m. Ashley has provided guidance through a major growth period in Seeka’s recent history, including numerous acquisitions.

The Seeka Board would like to thank Ashley for his contribution to the Board over the past ten years and wishes him all the best for the future.
