GFI Limited (NZX: GFI) announces that it has been notified by the Financial Markets Authority (FMA) that Mr. Bennison of KS Black & Co's audit license expired on 11 December 2024. As a result, Mr. Bennison is no longer eligible to audit GFI's financial statements for the current financial year.
GFI is actively working to resolve this matter as promptly as possible and will keep the market informed of any developments.
