Market Update – Greenfern Special Shareholder Meeting
Greenfern Industries Limited (NZX : GFI) today advises that Greenfern intends to hold a Special Shareholder Meeting for the purpose of obtaining a shareholder vote on the following in relation to its material and related party loans and agreements in accordance NZX Listing Rule 5.2.1
· Extension of related party loans to the following parties for an additional 12 months:
o Kirsten Taylor, Jonathan Gee ($50,000) - Jan 2025
o Jasper Mace Family 2020 Trust ($250,000) - Jan 2025
· Conversion of interest of related party loans to shares:
o Kirsten Taylor, Jonathan Gee - Jan 2025
o Jasper Mace Family 2020 Trust - Jan 2025
· GFI intends to submit the Notice of Meeting to NZX for review and written confirmation that it does not object to the document in accordance with NZX Listing Rule 7.1.1.
· GFI is working with ComputerShare to prepare the meeting documents, Proxy voting forms, Attendance registry, and other voting processes.
· GFI intends to provide meeting information (or the Notice of Meeting) in due course
