Kiwi Property today advised that Mary Jane Daly will not stand for re-election and will step down from the company's board of directors, with effect from its 2025 annual shareholder meeting.

The recruitment process for a new Kiwi Property director will commence immediately, with an announcement regarding the successful candidate to be made in due course.

Chair of Kiwi Property, Simon Shakesheff, said: "MJ has made an exceptional contribution to Kiwi Property over more than a decade. Her commitment to upholding the highest standards of risk management and corporate governance, combined with her expertise in banking and finance, has been pivotal in navigating challenging business conditions and positioning the company for sustained growth."

Mary Jane Daly said: "I’m proud of Kiwi Property’s evolution into a leading creator of connected mixed-use communities in New Zealand, and have every confidence that the company is well-positioned to deliver on its strategic priorities going forward.”
