RETIREMENT OF SENIOR MANAGER

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX.PHL) advises that its Group Operations Manager, Virginia Dyall-Kalidas has given notice that she will retire and finish working in the business in late-February.

Virginia has led Operations at Promisia’s aged care facilities for over ten years. She has been instrumental in ensuring that our residents and their whanau receive the highest standard of care and support at our facilities and will be greatly missed.

The Board thanks Virginia for her significant contribution and wishes her all the very best for her retirement.
