Clarification of Auditor Appointment

2 Cheap Cars Group Limited (2CC) wishes to clarify its previous announcement made on 13 February 2023 regarding the appointment of its auditors.

While the announcement referred to UHY Haines Norton as the Company’s auditor, we wish to confirm that the registered audit provider for 2CC, in compliance with Financial Markets Conduct (FMC) reporting requirements, is Mr. Vikas Gupta, an audit partner who conducts audits through UHY Haines Norton Sydney.

This clarification does not change the scope or nature of the audit engagement but is being made to ensure accurate disclosure in line with NZX and Financial Markets Conduct Act requirements.

The Company appreciates NZX RegCo’s guidance on this matter and remains committed to maintaining transparency and compliance with its reporting obligations.
