Greenfern Industries Limited (NZX: GFI) (GFI) announces the resignation of Director Kirsten Taylor and CEO, Elizabeth Plant.

GFI sincerely thanks Kirsten Taylor for dedication to GFI, and especially for stepping up into the role as Chairperson in December 2024 to support the CEO Elizabeth Plant. We wish Kirsten well.

Elizabeth Plant stepped into the CEO role at short notice, in late August last year when Dan Casey the previous Managing Director left the Company to go overseas. Elizabeth has worked tirelessly for the company and would like to thank in particular, Kirsten Taylor who took over the role of Chairperson in late December and Mike Shea, the Operations Manager on the cultivation site at Normanby. “Both Kirsten and Mike have gone over and above in providing their expertise to the company and I very much appreciate their support. I believe it is now time for someone else to take on this leadership role in order to move the company forward.”

The Board shall commence the search for replacements immediately.
