Ryman Healthcare Limited (Ryman) (NZX: RYM) provides the attached Capital Change Notice pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.13.1. This notice relates to the issue of 91,661,409 new ordinary shares (New Shares) under the retail entitlement offer component (Retail Entitlement Offer) of the accelerated non-renounceable entitlement offer (Entitlement Offer), as announced on 24 February 2025 (Offer).
