BIF adds Kai’s Education to its investment portfolio

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Kai’s Education to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.

Kai’s Education operates in the education technology part of the information technology sector. It specialises in the development and sale of gamified and interactive learning tools with a focus on teaching STEM (science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) subjects to students. Kai’s Education was formed in 2018 and is classified as early stage.

BIF will make a cash investment of $250,000. Following this transaction (and issue of additional units to fund the purchase), Kai’s Education will represent 1.2% of BIF’s investment portfolio which currently has over 35 active companies, and a net asset value of $20.6m.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at www.booster.co.nz
