Subject: Being AI Limited (“BAI”) – Suspension of Quotation

Message:

NZ RegCo advises that the current trading suspension of Being AI Limited (“BAI”) ordinary shares remains in place.

BAI has announced the appointment of new independent, non-executive directors effective today. Following those appointments, BAI now complies with the NZX Listing Rules governance requirements relating to board and audit committee composition.

The suspension will remain in place, pending the release of a cleansing statement by BAI in the form of a trading update. That update has been requested by NZ RegCo and is separate from the planned market update announced this morning by BAI, to follow the strategic review conducted by the newly constituted board.

The suspension will remain in place until further notice.
