BIF – Issuance of Units (and NAV update)


Pursuant to Rule 3.13.2 of the Main Board Listing Rule, Booster Investment Management Limited, in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (‘Fund’ or NZX:BIF), confirms it has issued an additional 3,847 ordinary units in the Fund at $1.4068 per unit effective 4 April 2025 (in this instance the number of units allotted is confirmed 3 business days later on completion of the unit pricing process).

This movement relates to the issuance and redemption of units by the Fund as a continuous issuer.
