Annual meeting date, closing date for director nominations

The 2025 annual meeting of Kiwi Property shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 1 July 2025. Further details will be provided with the notice of annual meeting.

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for Kiwi Property shareholders to nominate a person to be considered at the meeting for election as a director of Kiwi Property is Friday, 2 May 2025.

Nominations must be addressed to the Head of Legal and be received by Kiwi Property on or before Friday, 2 May 2025 at the following e-mail address: [email protected] or the following address:
