Director Independence Status Update

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.6.3, South Port New Zealand Limited advises that Cassandra Crowley is no longer considered an Independent Director of the Board, effective 11 April 2025.

This change in classification follows the director's recent appointment to the Investment Committee of related party and majority shareholder Environment Southland (Southland Regional Council).

The Board will update the market as appropriate should there be any further changes to the composition or classification of its directors.
