Operational Update – Q4 FY25

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) has today released a Q4 FY25 Operational Update. Please refer to the attached PDF for full details.

Key highlights include:

New Chief Operating Officer appointed: Graeme Dodd will join Promisia as COO on 9 June 2025. He brings over 20 years of leadership experience in aged care and health, including roles at Radius Care, Qestral, and Triton Hearing.

Nelson Street dementia care expansion: Approval has been secured from Te Whatu Ora for a 20-bed dementia wing at our Nelson Street facility. Construction is underway, with clinical audit scheduled for early May.

Occupancy performance: Group occupancy remains steady at 87%. Ripponburn and Ranfurly Manor saw increases, while Nelson Street’s temporary decline reflects planned construction activity.

Strong retirement village demand: All available villas at Golden View and Ranfurly are fully occupied with waitlists. At Ripponburn, 12 of 16 villas are occupied and the remaining four are under contract.

Aldwins Road divestment: Promisia is divesting non-core land parcels adjacent to Aldwins House, redeploying capital to higher-priority strategic initiatives.

Earnings guidance reaffirmed: Promisia remains on track to deliver full-year double-digit earnings growth. Preliminary unaudited FY25 results will be released by the end of May 2025.
