Annual Shareholders’ Meeting
EROAD intends to hold its annual shareholders’ meeting (ASM) on Friday 27 June 2025 at 1:00pm at Eden Park, World Cup Lounge West, 42 Reimers Ave, Kingsland, Auckland 1024, Gate G.

Director Nominations
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for director nominations is Monday 12 May 2025. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.

Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the ASM.
