The Company announces that it agreed on 29 April 2025 to allot 370,000 ordinary shares at a price of 208.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 1 May 2025, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 172,809,679.
