Being AI says it has strengthened its balance sheet by divesting its education group to Crimson Education.A statement from the company, released to the NZX, said the divestment of Being Education to Crimson Education had eliminated a $3.9 million liability to Wilshire Treasury from its books.“Without considerable further investment, the operations were unlikely to yield a future positive return. Therefore, divestment was determined to be in the best interests of maximising value for all BAI [Being AI] shareholders.”'Anticipated...
