Booster Investment Management Limited (‘Booster’), in its capacity as manager of the Booster Innovation Fund (‘Fund’), has registered a supplementary document dated 6 May 2025 to be read together with the Product Disclosure Statement (‘PDS’) dated 11 December 2024. The documents also need to be read together with the Other Material Information document (‘OMI’) dated 1 April 2025. The supplementary document is attached.

This supplementary document has been prepared to notify the change of Booster’s approved dispute resolution scheme provider. This supplementary document replaces and incorporates the previous supplementary document dated 1 April 2025 lodged in relation to update of the Booster Innovation Fund Board of Directors.
