Scheme of Arrangement - Initial Court Orders Received:
NZ Windfarms Limited (NZX: NWF) has today been issued with initial orders from the High Court (Initial Orders) in relation to the proposed scheme of arrangement (Scheme) with Meridian Energy Limited (Meridian).
A copy of the sealed Initial Orders accompanies this announcement.
It is currently expected that a shareholder meeting to consider the Scheme will be held on 24 June 2025, however a formal notice of meeting, together with the independent adviser’s report and certain other shareholder materials, will be released in due course.
