AIA – Confirms PSE4 discounted standard charges

Auckland International Airport Limited (“Auckland Airport”) publishes Price Setting Event 4 (“PSE4”) discounted standard charges, effective from 1 July 2025.

Auckland Airport previously advised the market of the decision to discount airline charges for the final two years of PSE4, bringing down the targeted return for the FY23 – FY27 pricing period from 8.73% to 7.82%, within the Commerce Commission’s range of reasonable returns.

Over the next two financial years, Auckland Airport will discount per passenger airline charges on an average basis by $1.08 for regional travel to $8.95, $1.74 for domestic jet travel to $12.75, and $4.86 for international travel to $38.86(1).
