Radius Care Completes St Allisa Acquisition

Radius Residential Care Limited (NZX: RAD) (Radius Care) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of the assets and business of the St Allisa care home.

Andrew Peskett, Radius Care’s Chief Executive Officer, commented “St Allisa is Radius Care’s 24th care home and further strengthens our presence in Christchurch. It’s a meaningful step in our capital-light growth strategy, reflecting our focus on expansion through the acquisition of large, well-located care homes. We are excited to welcome the St Allisa team and residents into the Radius Care community.”
