Appointment of Joint Corporate Broker

The Board of Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC (the "Company") is pleased to announce the appointment of J.P. Morgan Securities plc (which conducts its UK investment banking business activities as J.P. Morgan Cazenove) ("J.P. Morgan Cazenove") as the Company's joint Corporate Broker alongside Winterflood Securities, with effect from 3 June 2025.
