Appointment of non-executive director

The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Steven Wilderspin as a non-executive director of the Company with effect from 5 June 2025.

Steven is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England and Wales. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London in 1990 and has acted as an independent non-executive director since 2007. He is a non-executive director and chair of the Audit and Risk Committee of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited and of GCP Infrastructure Investments Limited, and a non-executive director of Phoenix Spree Deutschland Limited.

Commenting on the appointment, Ronald Gould, Chairman of the Board said, ‘We are very pleased to announce the appointment of Steven to the Board. He has extenensive accounting, auditing, risk management and governance experience and is very well placed to succeed Nicholas George as Chairman of the Audit Committee at the conclusion of the annual general meeting in 2026.’

The Board is not aware of any matter in relation to the appointment of Steven Wilderspin that is required to be disclosed in accordance with paragraphs 9.6.13 (1) to (6) of the UK Listing Rules or any other matter that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders.
