Director Appointment

Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) advises that David Green has been appointed as a Director of the stapled companies, SIML and Stride Property Limited (SPL) (with SIML and SPL together being Stride Property Group), with effect from today.

David is currently an independent director of EROAD Limited and Westpac New Zealand Limited and Chair of BT Funds Management (NZ) Limited. David brings extensive governance and management experience in the banking and finance sector having previously worked for 14 years at ANZ Group including as Singapore CEO and Head of South East Asia, India & Middle East. David has also served as Chair of the Institute of Finance Professionals New Zealand, Director of ANZ Bank (Europe) Ltd and Executive Board Member of the New Zealand China Council.

It is anticipated that David will be appointed as Chair following a transition period. Current Chair, Director Tim Storey will remain for the transition period, and intends to stand down on or before the 2026 Annual Shareholder Meetings.

In accordance with the NZX Listing Rules, David will retire and stand for election at the next Annual Shareholder Meetings of SPL and SIML.
