Chief Financial Officer Resigns

Bremworth Limited (NZX: BRW) advises that Mandy Tomkins-Dancey, Chief Financial Officer, has tendered her resignation and will be stepping down from her role effective Monday, 23 June 2025.

Bremworth’s Chair Rob Hewett acknowledges the work Tomkins-Dancey undertook.

“Mandy has been a valued member of our executive leadership team since March 2024, and during this time has made a significant contribution to the review of the company’s financial strategy and performance. Under her leadership, we have strengthened our financial systems, enhanced reporting transparency, introduced efficiencies, and enhanced decision-making disciplines around cash flow management and capital allocation.”

We thank Mandy for her dedication, professionalism, and impact during her time with Bremworth. We wish her all the very best in her future endeavours.

Company Secretary, Victor Tan, will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer in the interim, while continuing to retain his responsibilities as Company Secretary.
