Comvita announces CFO resignation

Comvita Limited (NZX:CVT) today announces that Chief Financial Officer, Nigel Greenwood will be leaving the company effective 31 December 2025.

Nigel joined Comvita in 2020 during a period of significant transformation and has been a pivotal member of the executive team, overseeing the company's financial strategy, investor relations, and corporate services.

During the remainder of his tenure at Comvita, Nigel will continue to support the business through the FY25 audit, and is focused on strengthening key financial functions, particularly in the important Southeast Asia and China markets.

Comvita Chair, Bridget Coates, stated: "On behalf of the Board and the entire Comvita team, I extend our heartfelt thanks to Nigel for his significant contribution. His financial, commercial, primary sector and listed company experience; along with team leadership skills and dedication have been invaluable to Comvita. We appreciate his commitment to assisting Comvita, through the transition to the new leadership. We wish him all the best for the future."

Decisions around a permanent replacement in this role will be led by incoming CEO Karl Gradon.
