Scheme Meeting Presentation and Address
NZ Windfarms Limited (NZX:NWF) has called a special meeting of shareholders to consider and vote on the scheme of arrangement with Meridian Energy Limited.
The meeting is being held today, Tuesday 24 June 2025, at 9:00am, at the offices of MUFG Corporate Markets at Level 30, PwC Tower, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010 and online at www.virtualmeeting.co.nz/nwfsm25.
