2025 Annual Shareholder Meeting and Director Nominations

BLIS Technologies Limited’s 2025 Annual Shareholder Meeting will be held at Tūhura Otago Museum, The Hutton Theatre, 419 Great King Street, Dunedin on Thursday, 21 August 2025 commencing at 11.00 am. This meeting will also be hosted virtually.

Further details regarding the meeting will be provided in the Notice of Meeting which will be sent to all shareholders at least 20 working days prior to the meeting.

The closing date for nominations by shareholders of directors to be considered for election at the Annual Shareholder Meeting is Tuesday, 8 July 2025.

Nominations may be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholder Meeting and must be accompanied by a consent in writing by a nominated person.
