Goodman Property Trust has confirmed to NZX the timing and format of its 2025 Annual Meeting. The hybrid meeting will be held at the Sofitel, Auckland, on Thursday 28 August 2025, commencing at 1:30 PM.
The meeting will include the election of three Directors of Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited. John Dakin, Greg Goodman, and Steve Jurkovich will be standing for re-election.
As required by the Listing Rules, Steve Jurkovich is standing for election at the first meeting following his appointment as a non-executive Director. As announced on 3 March 2025, his tenure as Director will commence on 1 July 2025.
Unitholders are advised that the closing date for Director nominations is 5:00 PM on 9 July 2024.
Nominations must be made by an existing GMT Unitholder able to participate and vote at the meeting. Nominations must be signed by both the proposing Unitholder and the nominee and need to contain a resume of the nominee.
