FY25 ANNUAL RESULTS RELEASE DATE – 25 AUGUST 2025

Tourism Holdings Limited (NZX:THL, ASX:THL, “thl” or “the Company”) advises that it intends to release its financial results and integrated annual report for the 12 months ending 30 June 2025 on Monday, 25 August 2025.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 1.15.3, thl (a foreign exempt entity on ASX) confirms that it has complied with, and continues to comply with, the NZX Listing Rules, being the rules of its home exchange.
