Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

AUCKLAND, 7 July 2025: NZME Limited (NZX and ASX: NZM) (NZME) advises that David Mackrell, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned and will leave the business at the end of December 2025.

Mr Mackrell has been Chief Financial Officer at NZME since March 2019 and has led the company’s finance function for the last six years.

Michael Boggs, NZME Chief Executive Officer, says: “On behalf of everyone at NZME I’d like to express my thanks to David for his significant contribution in his time with NZME. He has been a strong advisor and trusted confidante to the NZME Board, our Executive team, myself, and many others across our business. We wish him all the very best in his future endeavours.”

NZME will shortly undertake recruitment for a new Chief Financial Officer and will make an announcement in due course.
