COO resignation

Synlait Milk Limited announces that Chief Operating Officer (COO) Paul Mallard has resigned and will leave the company in December 2025.

CEO Richard Wyeth said Paul has made a valuable contribution since he joined Synlait.

“Paul has led multiple business functions and played a significant role in advancing the company’s operational and strategic priorities. Under his leadership, the team has made notable progress optimising the North Island network and enhancing the overall value chain performance.”

Synlait is now commencing its search for a new COO.
