Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX:TAH) advises Director nominations are now open for the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2.
The period for the nomination of Directors will close on Friday 25th July 2025. All nominations must be received by 5:00pm (New Zealand time) on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting (AGM).
