Resignation of CEO

Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) today announced that Chief Executive Officer Tony Wai has advised the Board of his decision to step down as CEO, with his departure to take effect by October 2025, once appropriate transition arrangements are in place.

Chairman John Fernandes acknowledged Tony’s significant contribution to Third Age Health: "Tony has been instrumental in growing the business over the past four years. He has built a strong and committed team and strengthened our reputation as a trusted provider of healthcare services. The business is in a much stronger position today because of Tony’s leadership, and we thank him for his dedication and commitment.”

Tony Wai said: "I’m proud of what we’ve achieved together, growing the business, strengthening its reputation, and building a team focused on delivering great care and service to our customers. None of this would have been possible without the commitment of such a dedicated team and the support of the Board. With the solid platform now in place, I’m confident the business is well positioned for continued growth and success in the years ahead."

The Board has commenced planning for the CEO transition and will provide a further update in due course.
