Smart Global Aggregate Bond ETF (AGG) – Notification of NTA Error

Smartshares Limited (Smart) advises that the Net Tangible Asset (NTA) values reported to the market for the Smart Global Aggregate Bond ETF, for the period 1 April 2025 to 15 July 2025 (as announced to the market between 2 April 2025 and 16 July 2025), were incorrect due to a pricing error by the ETF’s third-party pricing provider.

The pricing error was identified and corrected on 16 July 2025. The NTA market announcements that were released from 17 July 2025 onwards reflect the correct NTA value for the Smart Global Aggregate Bond ETF.

Smart is currently investigating and assessing the impact of this error, and will notify any impacted investors accordingly.
