DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS FOR PFI

Property for Industry Limited (PFI) advises that it will hold its Annual Meeting on Tuesday, 21 October 2025.

Director nominations are now open. The closing time and date for nominations to be received is 5.00pm on Thursday, 28 August 2025.

Director nominations should be sent to:
1. Property for Industry Limited, Level 4, Hayman Kronfeld Building, 15 Galway Street, Auckland 1010, New Zealand, Attention: Brendan Wright (General Counsel & Company Secretary);
2. Property for Industry Limited, PO Box 1147, Shortland Street, Auckland 1140, New Zealand, Attention: Brendan Wright (General Counsel & Company Secretary); or

Nominations may only be made by shareholders entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Meeting.

As previously signalled, the Company notes that Independent Director Anthony Beverley has now given formal, written notice of his retirement from the Board, which will take effect from the close of the Annual Meeting on Tuesday, 21 October 2025. The Directors look forward to acknowledging Mr Beverley’s significant contribution to the Company, at the Annual Meeting.

Further details on the time, location and format of the Annual Meeting will be confirmed in the notice of meeting.
