Update to Q1 FY26 Results Announcement – Annual Recurring Revenue
TradeWindow (NZX: TWL), a global trade software company, reports its normalised Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) at the end of June 2025 is $8.9 million, as opposed to $8.7 million reported in its Q1 FY26 update released to the NZX on 30 July 2025.
The updated June 2025 ARR figure, which TradeWindow revised to normalise the effect of one-off adjustments, represents a 31% increase on the ARR of $6.8 million reported as at 30 June 2024.
