PaySauce Limited (NZX:PYS) announces that its 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting is to be held on 26 September 2025 at 3:00pm (NZT). Other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, which will be distributed in due course.

For the purposes of NZX Main Board Listing Rule 2.3.2, PaySauce advises that the opening date for nominations for directors is today, 6 August 2025. The closing date for nominations for directors will be 19 August 2025. All nominations must be received by 5:00pm (NZT) on the closing date.

Nominations must be made in writing by an Equity Security holder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting. Any nominations should be emailed to [email protected] or addressed to:
