NZ’s Mint Innovation has no plans to list at home, eyeing ASX

Mint Innovation aims to carry out an initial public offer in Australia but currently has no plans to list in New Zealand.The NZ company has developed and scaled its low-carbon chemistry and biological process to recover valuable metals from e-waste. It launched the world’s first commercial-scale printed circuit board recovery technology in Sydney in 2022 and plans to open its first US facility in Longview, Texas in 2026.It intended to lodge its prospectus with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) in the coming weeks...
