Port of Tauranga (NZX:POT) today advised that the Environmental Protection Authority (EPA) has appointed a panel to consider its application under the Fast-track Approvals Act 2024 for the Stella Passage development.
The panel, which will commence on 1 September 2025, comprises Bronwyn Curruthers KC, Hugh Leersnyder and James Whetu.
The decision timeframe is 80 working days from the closure date for invited comments, which means a decision can be expected in late February 2026.
