FY26 First Quarter Dividend

Investore Property Limited (Investore) has today announced a cash dividend for the first quarter (1 April 2025 to 30 June 2025) of the financial year ending 31 March 2026 (FY26) of 1.625 cents per share to be paid on 4 September 2025 to all shareholders on the register at the close of business on 27 August 2025 (i.e., the record date). This dividend will carry imputation credits of 0.523613 cents per share. A supplementary dividend of 0.237606 cents per share will be paid to non-resident shareholders.

The Board of Investore has resolved to suspend the Dividend Reinvestment Plan for the FY26 first quarter dividend.

The Board confirms that it is targeting an annual cash dividend of 6.50 cents per share to shareholders for FY26.
