Results of BLIS Technologies Limited 2025 Annual Shareholder Meeting

At BLIS Technologies Limited's shareholder meeting, held in Dunedin and online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 4 resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
o That Amelia (Aimee) McCammon be re-elected as a director of the Company.
o That Dame Alison Stewart be re-elected as a director of the Company.
o That the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of the auditors for the ensuing year.
o That the constitution of the Company be amended in the form and manner described in the Explanatory Notes accompanying the notice of meeting, with effect from the close of the meeting.
