Rakon Releases FY26 Guidance
22 August 2025 – Rakon Limited (NZX:RAK), a world leading manufacturer of frequency control and timing solutions, has released full-year FY26 guidance.
Based on current revenue projections, FY26 Underlying EBITDA1 is expected to be in the range of NZ$15-24 million for the financial year to 31 March 2026 [FY25: NZ$9.5 million].
This range is underpinned by the strong rebound in revenue and profitability the company reported for the second half of FY25, which has carried into FY26.
In FY26 the company anticipates continued growth in Aerospace and Defence, the start of significant revenue from AI and Cloud Computing Infrastructure, and a stabilising to recovering Telecommunications business with increasing customer demand.
Through successful execution of the company’s cost-cutting and efficiency strategies, Rakon entered FY26 with a tighter cost base while still ensuring that its technological leadership is supported by ongoing investments in R&D.
During FY25 Rakon achieved key milestones for transferring selected products into its advanced manufacturing facility in India. Scaling these products is a priority for FY26 and is expected to deliver margin benefits through manufacturing cost efficiencies.
