Annual Meeting – Director Nominations

WasteCo Group Limited (WasteCo Group) will hold its 2025 annual meeting of shareholders on Friday, 26 September 2025. Further details of the location and time for the annual meeting will be advised in the forthcoming notice of meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, WasteCo Group advises that the closing date for nominations of directors is Friday, 5 September 2025 (Closing Date).

All nominations must be received by WasteCo Group by 4:00 pm on the Closing Date.

Director nominations may be made only by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the annual meeting. Nominations should be sent to:
