Subject: Rakon Limited (“RAK”) – Trading Halt of Securities

Message:

NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3, and applied a trading halt to the ordinary shares of Rakon Limited (“RAK”). Trading in RAK shares was halted before market open today.

NZ RegCo has applied the trading halt to allow RAK time to consider and respond to statements in the media about a decision made in relation to RAK governance arrangements.

The trading halt will remain in place until:

1. an announcement from RAK; or
2. market open on Monday, 1 September 2025.
