GMT Annual Meeting - Voting Result

Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited, the Manager of Goodman Property Trust is pleased to announce the voting result from the Annual Meeting held today.

Resolution 1, re-appointing John Dakin as a Director of the Manager, was approved by Unitholders. Of the 1,127,543,410 Units voted in the poll, 87.14% were in favour of the resolution and 12.86% against.

Resolution 2, re-appointing Greg Goodman as a Director of the Manager, was approved by Unitholders. Of the 1,130,246,978 Units voted in the poll, 94.94% were in favour of the resolution and 5.06% against.

Resolution 3, re-appointing Steve Jurkovich as a Director of the Manager, was approved by Unitholders. Of the 1,130,246,890 Units voted in the poll, 99.62% were in favour of the resolution and 0.38% against.
